You’ve done the hard part — moving to Germany. Now it’s time to turn your skills into an offer letter.

After the success of our first Job Readiness Training in Berlin, we’re back with a second edition led by a diverse team of both German and international trainers to help even more Opportunity Card holders.

You’ll leave with the tools, confidence, and visibility to become job-ready and stand out to employers across Germany.

What Past Participants Say

I started getting shortlisted for interviews after applying the strategies from the training. Learning how to communicate the Opportunity Card visa in a way that convinces employers and align myself with what recruiters look for at each interview stage made a real difference in my applications.
